At AZRIA Fashions, we want you to love every product you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day period begins on the day your order is delivered to the address you provided at checkout.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

       Unused, unopened, and in their original condition

       In the original packaging with all seals, tags, and labels intact

       Not used, swatched, tested, or sampled in any way

       Accompanied by the original order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

       Skincare products with broken seals or tampered packaging

       Used or partially used cosmetics

       Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" at checkout

       Free gifts, samples, or promotional items received with an order

       Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

       Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return

       Attach photos of the item(s) showing original packaging and condition

       Wait for our approval and return instructions before shipping the item back

We will respond to your return request within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

Customer-paid returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Free returns: If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, AZRIA Fashions will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos at [SUPPORT_EMAIL].

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

       Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days

       Mada and credit card refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after processing

       Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued via bank transfer; please provide your IBAN and account holder name when requesting a return

       Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with:

       Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

       A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Cancellations

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product following the process above and place a new order for the desired item.
