Shipping Policy

AZRIA Fashions ships to addresses across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We work with trusted KSA logistics partners to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

1. Coverage Area

We currently ship to all regions of Saudi Arabia, including:

       Riyadh region

       Eastern Province (Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran)

       Western Region (Jeddah, Mecca, Medina)

       Southern Region (Abha, Najran, Jazan)

       Northern Region (Tabuk, Hail, Al-Jouf)

       Central Region (Qassim, Buraidah)

We do not currently ship internationally outside of Saudi Arabia.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard Shipping:

       Cost: SAR 15 flat rate per order

       Delivery time: 2–5 business days from dispatch

       Carrier: Aramex or SMSA Express (we select the best option for your address)

Free Shipping:

       Free standard shipping on orders over SAR 199

       Threshold calculated after discounts and excluding shipping fees

Express Shipping:

       Currently not available — coming soon

3. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from order confirmation.

Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Saudi national holidays.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons (Eid, Ramadan, Black Friday, White Friday), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

4. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

       You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number

       You can track your order through the carrier's website using the tracking number

       SMS notifications may be sent for delivery attempts (if your phone number is provided)

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across all KSA regions for an additional fee, where applicable. When choosing COD:

       Have the exact amount in Saudi Riyals (SAR) ready

       Our courier will collect payment upon delivery

       A valid Saudi national ID or Iqama may be requested for verification

       Failed COD attempts (refused delivery, no answer) may result in the order being returned to us at the customer's expense

COD orders may have a maximum order value limit. Contact us at [SUPPORT_EMAIL] for high-value COD orders.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed:

       The carrier will attempt delivery up to 3 times

       Between attempts, the carrier will contact you via SMS or phone

       After 3 failed attempts, your order will be returned to AZRIA Fashions

       Returned orders are subject to a re-delivery fee or restocking charge

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including:

       Full name (matching national ID for COD orders)

       Complete street address with building/villa number

       District/neighborhood

       City and postal code

       Active mobile number (Saudi format: +966 5XX XXX XXX)

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address changes after dispatch are not always possible.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

       Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery at [SUPPORT_EMAIL]

       Include your order number and photos (if damaged)

       We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue

       You may receive a replacement or full refund at our discretion

9. Holiday and Peak Season Notice

Delivery times may be extended during:

       Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha

       Hajj season

       Ramadan (deliveries operate but may be slower)

       National Day and major sales events (White Friday, Black Friday)

We will post notices on our website during these periods.

10. Pre-Orders and Backorders

If a product is on pre-order or backorder:

       The estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page

       All items in the order ship together once the pre-order item is available

       You may contact us to request the in-stock items ship separately (additional shipping fee may apply)
